Nicos Nicolaou

In November 2010, Nicos Nicolaou joined CRI Group as the Voluntary Liquidation Department manager.

He graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a degree in Economics. Following the completion of his studies in 1982, he worked at an accountancy office for 5 years. In 1989 he commenced employment at Cyprus’s first insolvency firm, Iacovides Kimonos & Co, which was co-founded by Chris Iacovides. Nicos remained with his previous employer for over 21 years and during this time he gained extensive experience in all matters of corporate and personal insolvency.

Costas Tziepras

Upon completing his National Service, Mr. Tziepras worked and studied in England as an accountant where he became a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. He returned to Cyprus in 1982 and took over the management of his family printing business until 2010.

On 1stJanuary 2011, he joined CRIgroup as an Administrator, gaining experience in dealing with Receivership, Voluntary and Compulsory Liquidation, as well as Personal Insolvency cases. By the end of 2011 he was appointed Manager of the Receivership Department.

Andri Antoniou

Andri Antoniou graduated from the University of Liverpool with an LLB (Hons) degree before completing her Legal Practice Course with the College of Law in Birmingham. She then undertook her two year training contract with the corporate law firm Needham and James LLP and upon qualification as a solicitor, she joined the firm Martineau undertaking property finance and insolvency work.

In September 2009 she joined the UK Insolvency Service as an Examiner in the Official Receiver’s office where she gained practical experience in dealing with bankruptcies and corporate liquidations and developed her knowledge of insolvency by completing a two year Diploma in Insolvency Practice. During her employment as an Examiner she was exclusively involved with conducting interviews and investigations into the affairs of bankrupts and company directors, asset realisations and reporting to creditors, the Official Receiver and the court.

In October 2011 she moved to Cyprus and joined CRI where she manages the Personal and Corporate Insolvency Department.

Andri is also a Member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
